Oh I know it's been about a year right or going into one =)
There's been a large amount of change and minor setbacks, not that it stopped me from working....as if anything ever could.
Of course I've been working as background on the sets of Law & Order, Royal Pains and a new upcoming show the 2-2. I still rocked the runway for Framesi hair products as well as for Mizani, which by the way I adored being taken out of NY to do some work.
Over the course of the year I've been running with my head cut off and am back and ready to blog once again. I've worked with D.C. Benny who is a great guy and really nice and let me add SUPER TALL. It was a blast watching him in person we all couldn't stop laughing on set and I brought my one of bffs to be on set to work because they are reconsidering their old career again.
I've been lucky enough to work for a new upcoming movie about the Maryland shooting that happened a few years ago...well more than a few years ago I was a junior in high school when it happened. I even got the chance to be background for the upcoming Avengers movie. I don't care if I'm seen or not, I'm still apart of the film just as important as any other piece but from the words of a nerd....I WAS ON THE FRIGGIN SET OF THE AVENGERS AHHHHHHHH!!!!! It was great watching America, Widow & Hawk run through manhattan. The best part was the scene I was not apart of because they told the extra's that there was going to be only 1 loud bang and to do our jobs...there were several loud explosions and it made them scream and run for real..let me tell you I hurt myself laughing at the whole thing! it was fun, so much fun and oh my god oh my god it is every gastronome's dream to have steak for breakfast and lunch...especially a carnivore gastronome such as myself. They knew how to feed this model and this model was beyond happy =D
I have also been knighted by the AFTRA's yaaay me! **claps like london** ok I was excited to be apart of the Good wife and the good wife turned into a good pay check and then so on and so on and now I'm a union girl ...in translation its me liked this =D all day
I am also going to be apart of an indepdent film ready for film festivals of next year playing the role of a 16 year old girl...the advantage of being shaped the same way I've been since I was 13...yes people since I was 13. I'm a tiny girl and I am still wearing clothing that I owned from 1997^^
This year I was also bestowed upon as a surprise by bff to go to comic con of NY woo! I got all dressed up and all. The first day I went as Princess Yoruichi from Bleach manga and then the 2nd day as regular I kick boootay!! Yoruichi and then the 3rd day was my own twist version of Harley Quinn. I even got the chance to be recorded by a television channel thingy thing called sci-fi ninja theatre. I had beyond a blast besides for shopping. I even got to do a bit of networking and met a great guy who is working on the new comic book I'm addicted to...A.P.N.G. any new gen fans out there?
so this pass year has been very productive and now i am pushing more and more than ever.
Hopefully everything will be on track for everything that I want to do with my career and its not about the money or fame, i really like the idea of having a successful job of being happy, and using it to help others.
